Shipping Policy

Chhavi Fashions believes that your products should be delivered to your door step on time and in the best possible packing. By purchasing from www.chhavifashions.com you are assured of prompt delivery and overall purchase satisfaction. We have dedicated team to ensure that your experience would be nice and hassle free.
 
•    We offer FREE Shipping (or as specified on the product detail page) on all products ordered through www.chhavifashions.com
 
•    Each order will be shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to a different location, you shall need to place multiple orders.
 
•    We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 3-4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, with maximum up to 10 working days, to deliver the order in case the shipping location is in a particular zone (delivery location).
 
•    We ship on all weekdays (Total 7 days) excluding public holidays.
 
•    While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or unavailability.
 
•    If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 011-47012161  between 10 AM to 5 PM- Tuesday to Sunday or mail us at  support@chhavifashions.com. Please mention your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that we resolve the issue at the earliest
 
•    Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
